Who is funnier? Usopp or Sanji?

I think they are both funny. With how much Sanji is in love with Nami, and Usopp and his dumbness. Who is funnier?

I think usoppp "this is the way I like to write his name in" is funnier than sanji, the way he whines, creates new lies, his clothes, sogeking character, always objecting luffy's opinions beside being a dear friend to him.
and I think luffy, chopper and usoppp are rolling with jokes.
sanji just makes some funny scenes when it comes to women.

regarding comedy and having the sense of laughing you can open a thread about the jokes and the funny scenes we remember from any of the characters, just an idea?!

I've never considered Sanji funny, he's just plain awesome, and his attempts are entertaining.
Usopp wins with a cleanup hitter. (to the nose)

I think Sanji is very funny, but Usopp is hilarious. Luffy is also very funny.
