Yep :P When I think of random animes Lucky Star is always the first to pop into my head...

Personally, I was turned off by the constant randomness, but I thought Konata was awesome and there were a few funny parts throughout the series. Like when Konata decided to go to the birthday party only because Kagami said there would be cookies! xD The way Konata said . . . "...I'll go." . . . Hilarious!

From some perspectives, I would have to agree that Lucky Star is indeed the most random Anime.

I haven't seen Lucky Star, but for me FLCL is all out crazy. Lucky Star really has not been appealing to me in any way.

I think it is the most random Anime ever. But in some places Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya was a very close second.
