Season 2 Idea

As a hopless Lucky Star addict, I keep thinking Season 2! Season 2! But how to do it, when they are at the end of High School? It just occurred, why not go backwards a few grades for season 2? They are anime characters, its not like they are real life actors, you could set the time to whatever you wanted, like one year ago, 2 years ago, and so on. Only question, how old should the girls be, if this was the case, for season 2? I think set 2 years before the current Lucky Star would be cool, which would have Konata at 15. She could be even more irresponsible!

It be nice if they continue it and see the girls at college or work or something XD

and more over, they can also center more on the younger members like Minami, Yukari.

It can also introduce the two "manga only" characters I've been hearing of, that'd be interesting.


and also, setting the story behind a few years is also a good idea ~ and then some of the stories in the continuing manga.

Yeah, i whis a 2nd season... maybe with parodies about of Shuffle! *o* do you remember?? in Lucky Star can see posters... DVD's and Mangas *o*

Just finished watching the first season and i was really amazed by how the stories, humor the parodies and other scenes shown from other anime series like haruhi made this anime really spectacular for me. At first when i saw the first episode, i thought it would get boring in the next few episodes by man was i wrong, I was hooked onto this series as it was really funny in most parts and i loved the characters too. Especially Konata and Kagami.

I really hope for a season 2 but what ive heard is that an OVA will be released this summer so i definitely look forward to it!

Apparently Season 2 if confirmed, is looking to the based on the main characters, Konata, Kagami, Tsukasa and Miyuki in college seeing as near the end, the characters were known/thought to have graduated high school as well as then, most of the characters would be 1 year older.

However, Instead of the college idea, If the producers do set the Lucky Star, story back 1 or 2 years for season 2, it wouldn't be so bad seeing as i also agree that Konata might have cause more mischieve and trouble especially with her close friends during that time as well as adding more onto the humor and character background past of Lucky star.

The 2 extra characters of lucky star from the Manga are going to be interesting if shown in the second whether the producers are going to set the Lucky Star characters into college life or 1 or 2 years back in the past to see how the characters life's and interactions were during that time or college time. Who knows, the producers might not end up putting the main characters in college at all as well as not even the idea of revisiting them in the past 1 or 2 years. They might just stick with how the main characters are living at the high school at the moment and just continue from there with added content from extra characters to extra stories from the Manga. The high school that the main characters are at, might just end up being a college too so that don't have to move away from the other characters such as Yutaka and Minami.

Well, we all know that an OVA has been confirmed as well as I assume it shows some scenes/small stories from the Manga that haven't be shown in the anime series or perhaps to tell us that season 2 will be confirm and introduce us to the 2 Manga only characters. Who knows, the OVA could be representing diferent characters that we haven't heard about a lot such as Kanata (Konata's mum) and how she died as well as if season 2 was to be confirmed in the upcoming OVA, they might display a small preview on what season 2 will look like/how its set out.

Sorry if Im being repetitive to everyone else here, but i just wanna try to add on to whether season 2 is confirmed or not as well as what might be shown ahead for Lucky Star.
