there will never be a simple answer to cure the world of it's problems, as much as I'd like to believe that a balance could exist it will take extreme measures to accomplish such grandiose goals. the fact that zero was willing to sacrifice his life makes his feats bearable.

Well, zero was mainly doing it all to avenge his mother... but he was masquarading as the leader of the oppressed, which is more of a noble reason. All in all, he had some of his thoughts right, some wrong.. hard to get episode by episode and show it.

Some were right, some were wrong.

But well, he was the right one at the end, and no matter what he did all through his short life, things ended just like he planned.
Now with that ya can't call him wrong, can ya?

Many good points. CJ, I think your point was the best. Zero isn't Lelouch, Lelouch creates Zero. Zero is a symbol of justice and hope. WITHOUT Lelouch being under the mask, without knowing who is under the mask, only knowing they want to bring a brighter day, then what would you do?

He is a great character and his goal is noble and good. But to reach such a goal, you have to be hard on methods. You can´t act like a pussy when you are the leader of a revolution. There will be blood, when you are in such a fight. But that has to be for the sake of a greater good.

yes i would follow Zero to crush the Britannian Empire no matter what.
if the Britts took over my country and took away our rights and freedom i would most certainly rebel on the first day. m not afraid 2 die as there is nothing left for me here. i will folow orders but only from people who prove they can make a difference. from the ratio of his wins to losses in the anime series i would definately follow him and ensiure his survival even if it means putting my own life on the line.
well that's my opion.
