Soundtrack Question from Season 2

Hey, does anybody here happen to know if the piano piece playing in episode 18 at 15:40-ish was released on any sort of soundtrack? It's when Shana visits Yuji's mother while she's sick. It's such a great sounding little piece and I'm really hoping to find it somewhere.

Edit: It starts around 15:00, I just noticed, but just gets better at 15:40. ^_^

Is it the Piano version of the first Opening in the First Season?? if it is.. then the title is Hishoku no Sora and you can obtain it in most of video sites..
