Rep Power: 739     Credits: 20,618  |  i didn't answer no to the poll Season 3 has not been announced yet. IF the 3rd series were to be made, then it will most likely be out late this year or early next year. Who knows, the producers might not even make a 3rd season and if you want to continue with the story,you have to read the novel/manga. 3rd season won't be for a long time... the continuation after season 2 shown in the novel/manga for shakugan no shana needs to be finished or whether they have enough content to produce or conclude shakugan no shana as a anime series. of course theres also shana-tan, which i think is just a few specials that come with the anime. im sure more will be made when season 3 is going to be produced since shana-tan is also popular in a way too other than the series itself. 1st season to me had a more indepth storyline while 2nd season started off with just yuji, shana and others living their life while a new plot was going on until at the end last few episodes, the real villains like hecate appear again from season 1 but with a new twist in plot. 3rd season will have the same villains but who knows, new villains may appear and new tragedies are going to happen. with shana and yuji going to stop it of course :P my guess is it will be scheduled to 24 episodes. like season 1 and 2 and should finish off the shakugan no shana series. everything must come to an end soon and an anime series would get very repetitive if it was to be outstreched.

Rep Power: 739 Credits: 20,618 | Even though Shakugan no Shana season 3 hasn't been announced nor has it been confirmed, if the producers/director was to try and carefully come up with another upcoming main plot started by the main villains, hecate etc... then season 3 wouldn't be coming as an anime adaption til probably the middle of next year. However, if they were to put in 2 or more diferent short plots/arcs, some filler arcs and lastly, the main arc like season 2, then the anime adaption would probably come out just by the end of this year or again, early next year depending on what kind of trouble will Hecate and the other villains cause as well as how long they can outstretch those kinds of plots for. These are just my assumptions if season 3 was to be made but so far, it hasn't been announced yet nor has it been confirmed so we don't really know whether it will be made or not but im sure theres a possibility that season 3 will be made and it might definitely be the last. Seeing as Season 2 didn't quite end it for me.
