imo, Clannad movie is not so good (because the art is very bad compared with Clannad / Clannad After Story), but the story is not bad...

The movie takes a little turn from the after story series. I think this was made before the new re-make of Clannad, but if you don't have the patience to watch the whole series, the movie is a nice way to sum up everything. I think this was based more on the graphic novel.
