The movie was alright... it was too depressing for me. Very sad and overdramatic. I liked the anime series better in my opinion

The movie would have been better they not strayed from the style of the anime. I do, however, love the scene where Nagisa and Tomoya look at the night sky together as well as her play. The ending was downright beautiful.

Most of it was kind of out of whack and didn't make too much sense. But the ending was fantastic.

Just so you know there is something wrong with part 3. Winrar keeps saying its corrupt even after redownloading it 3 times. So at the moment I am unable to watch this.

Alright just a little info.

So first off the movie came out before the anime, so the animation isn't as stunning as anime.

Both the anime and the movie are based on Nagisa's story line of the Clannad Visual Novel. Not the manga! But the anime is much closer to the Visual Novel.

What happens to Nagisa in the movie really happens...

Also, the movie is really sad, and I cried, and I give it my recommendations.

But I do recommend watching the anime first.

the movie was a bit too agressive becuse... how i can put it... the Novel game and the anime was deffrent and in the movie they took Nagisa to be the one who started the connection betwin her and Tomoya... and it was so sad in the end not like the anime...

but the after story!!!! i want to see it!! :D
