My most favourite scene would have to be when Yuki pulled out a knife at random in that classroom saying that she'll kill Kyon lol, and afterwards Nagato fought Yuki and saved Kyon. The kiss between Kyon and Haruhi was very touching and to be correct, it happened in the last episode which was Episode 14.
