Original Soundtrack?

Is there one that contains the songs in the anime? I'm not talking about the opening and ending, but the songs that play during the background. All I've seen is vocals from the voice actors and even specific albums sung by certain characters. It just seems strange to me that they would make so many albums but not make an OST with the songs within the anime first.

It's either "God Knows" or "Lost My Music".

Haruhi sang BOTH God knows and lost my music at the festival so mostly they were the main insert songs for the anime.
