I always wanted to experience hot springs
are they all strucktly male only and female only
or are their some that allow couples in together like the ones in the mediteranian?

Depends where you go, all the city onsens ive seen are strictly mail/female spli but i heard in the country you can share, some onsens come with women provided if you get my drift ;)

dyu think I can wear swimsuit or even a bikini in an onsen??? I'm not sure I wanna go in my birthday suit with other ppl

I remember watching on tv these monkeys in the hot springs with ppl in Japan (not exactly sure where), are they clean?

I also wanna try to wear a kimono ... what's the difference between a kimono and a yukata? aren't they kinda hot? with all they layers of cloth wrapped around you lots of times ... but they look kinda cute ... I remember an episode in Lucky Star when all 4 (konata, kagami, tsukasa and miyuki) were all wearing yukatas, its so colorful and so cute ... not sure about those wooden slippers though ...

Japan, having been there once I realize my time there was too short to fully appreciate the place. Years later, my memory has become dim and my control of the japanese language is practically non-existent. But enough about that, I would like to go back and see if they have an all-you-can-drink sake festival. (I don't think they do, but you never know, lol)

Haha i know you can wear towels at outdoor springs and stuff but most people just get in the buff when then go to onsens... :/

A Yukata is basically a summer kimono and in some cases bedroom wear, most high class onsens and hotels give you free Yukata to lounge around in. During summer obvisouly its way too hot for kimono so people use Yukata then too ^-^ Some guys wear jinbe, which is like shorts and a gi.
Pretty much every matsuri during summer you see people wearing yukata and there sooo beautiful! I get mine tomorrow so i put some pictures up of me and my friends ^-^ another thing yukata are waaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper. I dont see maybe people in kimono, infact come to think of it ive only see 3 people the whole time ive been here and they were maiko.

i wanna go to Akihabara too like whitey ... I just see it from the Jdrama like Train Man ... but I'd really wanna expereince to go shopping there ...

hey I wanna ride the Shinkansen ... is it the same as the subway? but hopefully less mugging and cleaner hehehehehehehe ... I hear it goes very fast ... anybody has had a chance to ride one?

hey I was watching YOuTube regarding how to make Okonomiyaki ... and they say its Japanese Pizza ... but the toppings are nothing but cabbage ... sure they're both flat but I'm sure it taste far off than usual American pizza ... anybody tasted this okonomiyaki? how does it taste like?

Its nothing like pizza and it tastes unique :/ most of the time its covered in sauce. Really fricking hard to explain the taste but its dam good.
