Nara is also amazing, largest wooden temple in the world and the wild dear that just wonder around are awesome. For anime side of things, akihabara in tokyo, or nipponbashi in osaka. Personally i love osaka for so many reasons, most people over look it in favour of tokyo, but tokyo has kinda lost some charm imo, osaka people, food and culture is awesome. Plus kyoto, osaka and nara are within one hour of each other so you cant go wrong! I advise coming march time or september time, march has the amazing cherry blossums and september has the best weather, dont come june to august unless you wanna cook alive in 85% humidy and 35degrees c haha.

I could have eaten more gyoza but I'm on a diet (hehehehe) I liked the way they made the mapo tofu because it had the right sting of spiciness that was just hit the spot ... it made me feel warm and comfy to eat it but not too hot that it burns the tongue ... yum yum

I was thinking that the way I perceive the Japanese ppl is that they are really hard workers, so being a salaryman (I think) is not bad because specially on today's poor economic climate, being a salaryman means having a fixed income ... or am I wrong? ... please enlighten me further ^_^

| Spam 4 life | This is what i find on wikipedia ^^ According to researcher Ezra Vogel, the word "salaryman" saw widespread use in Japan by 1930, "although the white-collar class remained relatively small until the rapid expansion of government bureaucracies and war-related industry before and during World War II."[1] The term does not include all workers who receive a set salary, but only to "white-collar workers in the large bureaucracy of of a business firm or government office".[2] Workers in the mizu shōbai and entertainment industries (including actors and singers) are not included even though their income may be salary based. Similarly, doctors, engineers, lawyers, accountants, musicians, artists, politicians, the self-employed, and corporate executives are also excluded. A typical description of the salaryman is a white-collar desk worker in a suit and tie, who may or may not have a high grade of education. However, the term may also be used to give a highly negative connotation (see Social image). The word "businessman" is often used to avoid the negative image. A significant percentage of Japan's workers are salarymen. In sociology, the salaryman is known as Japan's new middle class, as opposed to the old middle class consisting of farmers and storeowners.

Women who do the same thing are "OL" "office lady". In reply to Tjsda, some days i get sick of japan, like today when i went to nipponbashi, it was just stupid. Perverted beyond belief, truly fucked up. Japan aint all roses, economys fucked, there treatment of foreign residents is fucked. Meh.
