But...serisouly the more you dwell on your treatment the worse it is going to get. Ive had a heart transplant even though it is completely different cirsumstances I have to get heart biopsys and when you go in there to get your treatment done it really makes it heaps better if you just go in there let them stab you and then get out again the more you draw it out the worse it is going to be.

3-5 tablets a day isnt bad try 30 that gets slightly repetivite every day and night, they will make you throw up for awhile but you get used to it. When i first got my heart transplant done I had to go back every week for 12 weeks to get another biospsy done and dam it was painful but seriously like i said before you jsut have to get over it and get it done, its somthing that has to be done and will happen regaurdless. I mean im back in hospital for 1-2 weeks every month cause somthing is always fucking up if i catch the common cold its extremly hard even to move cause im in that much pain.

Sorry but I probely seem liek a complete dickhead but im just trying to tell you to move on with it and get back to normalish life >.>

Must be rough... I've only had a biopsy on my arm, and I was sedated, but awake. Can't you ask them to put you asleep? I had that option, but it's only my arm, and it went by very fast. I didn't want to spend another night in the hospital, so I just stuck with the conscious sedation. Also, I'm sorry if anything I posted has offended you, as it seems like you're in a much worse condition.

Still, I would like to thank you all for the support. I'll be going to the hospital tomorrow so they can inject something through my port-a-cath. For the next six to eight weeks I'll be out of school every Friday to do this. But then again, it makes me feel better when I know that I only have two more sessions of chemotherapy (out of three).

Six to eight weeks, it seems like nothing compared to what other people have to go through. Anyways, I'll try to keep you guys updated as much as possible. Once again, thanks for the support everybody.

Man. This is why cancer awareness is so important. If funds could get raised to support research hopefully less painful ways of healing could be discovered.

Vasta and Ulquiorra, you guys are a lot stronger than me. Get well soon!

I hope that you feel better soon. Just try to take care and hang in there. My brother had cancer. It was pretty rough trying to deal with it, but when you get through it, you will be perfectly fine and healthy. Best of luck with your treatments man.

No,no don't worry you didn't say anything to offend me. it jsut pisses me off when people are like "OMG IM HAVE TO GET A FRAKING BLOOD TEST IMA LIKE DIE OR SOMTHING!@!!@@@" when they make a big fuss over nothing. But you have somthing serious to talk about so yea...but anyway all the best with your last couple of chemo sessions. good luck :)

And also I was paranoid all this time that I said somthing to offend you because I must admit I was abit harsh >.>

I'm getting chemotherapy too. I had a tumor in my left thie which I got removed 1 1/2 year ago along with 2 muscles so I kinda had to learn to walk all over again. I hope you're not left handed, cuz that would really suck!
But I wonder, do you manage to eat anything? Everything I could eat was salty potato chips and blueberry yoghurt. And I was drinking apple juice and water....
A little advice: Make sure you eat enough, or else it will just be worse than it already is. And you should also get some extra vitamines.
But long story short, I really hope that you and your doctors nail that friggin tumor and that you get better really fast :) Hang in there, buddy ;D

Thanks, and don't worry about it Vasta!

Everything is going fine right now, and the Friday appointments are simple. I just get my chest numb, go to the hospital, and let them inject some vincristine into my portacath, and then get on with my life. I still have two more full chemotherapy sessions left, but I'm pretty confident that I'll get rid of this tumor once and for all.

Thanks for the support, but you can't be sure that I'll be 100% normal after this! So many things could go wrong, but let's not think that way.

Eight pills isn't much compared to what others have to go through.
