Who uses torrents more then direct downloads or megaupload?

For me it just depends on the what I am downloading. If it is an ongoing series I usually use torrents because they come out first. For older stuff it just depends, if it is something I am going to watch all the way through I will usually try to get a torrent of the full series. If not I usually just use MU. ^_^

It depends on what i'm downloading also. For instance if the anime is a couple years old and so all episodes have been released already, i'll just download the whole thing at once using torrents if its new and i've been following the series i'll use both. If i'm in a hurry i'll go with DD

I am using torrents coz MU doesnt work for me(somehow). And btw, I hate torentz coz its soooooo slow.!

I'm using FansubTV.com. Not only do they have torrents, but they have a (slow) direct download connection. Which means that, if there aren't enough seeds, you can direct download. They even have a "subscription" where you automatically direct download eps when they're released! I *think* all this results in a greater number of torrent users for the eps on FansubTV.com. Myself, I have a computer on 24x7 and just use torrents for the shows on their "most popular" list (presumably these are the most torrented), while keeping the subscription downloader window open.

Are there "better" torrent sites than this? My previous experience has been that torrents for obscure shows are chancy at best. True? I also use Stage6, which is a direct download with high bandwidth and no limit. But not all eps are available there, for obvious reasons.

I can reach 153kb/s with my download accelerator but only have 3kb/s maximum on my torrent . . . . . But I used torrent because I can find direct download I want and even if I do, I cant download them . . .

I download anime via direct download

and comics, manga, music, tv shows, movies and so on....with torrents.

i hardly ever use direct download, get horrible speeds from RS MU etc.
ill search everything through torrents first, 400kb/sec my max lawl

I try to avoid them if possible my mate got hit with a whopper of a virus using torrents I'm talking 150 gigs of unwatched anime, college notes, photos, everything gone!

My god! The line's definately better on the other side of the world. . . Btw, I also use torrents to find anime's from the same sub group, e.g Negima!? all from [dmjz] subs
