| ~Akatsuki GFX~ ![]() | I think Chicago improved the most. They picked up one of the best D-men and probably the best goalie free agents. Goalie was an area they needed to improve a lot and they did, and signing a good D-man is always a good call. And who else saw that Jager is going to play in Europe? That was sort of a shocker.
