Some are more costly than others. A fast way it to find some one who has family living in Japan to get it for you. There are personal shopping services that will buy things and ship them to you for a fee. Another option is to buy from a Japanese store. Many book stores in Japan will send product overseas for a nominal fee. I have also used local Japanese stores. There are also 2 new book stores from Japan with US operations. The US Japanese stores will be about in the middle. Someone with family or someone going to Japan will be the lowest cost when I have used that method.
