Fate stay Night questions!!!!!

Hi everyone... I know that this anime has been out quite a long time ago already. However, I still every now and then replay some of the cool esp to see.

I do not know what is really about the continuation of the dream that Saber claimed , which is at the end of the anime. Anyone know what is it about? The afterlife of Saber and Shirou?

So in the anime, Saber is gone @ Shirou time and she is dead @ her arc time? Is that what it means?

Hmm Im not sure about Saber's dream.. maybe she wished that she didnt fail as king and by throwing away her sword, she wanted to end the war

and for shirou.. well he just ended up as a normal high schooler

Well, Saber didn't claim that continuation of that dream. She only wanted to visit that dream again. It was that knight beside her who lied to her and told her that if she slept, she could visit that dream again.

I never played the Fate stay night game...

But did the game shows different scenarios of endings? So in the end, Saber died.. honorably and shirou remains a high school student..

But glad that both of them know that they love each other...

saber and the others are great warriors/heros of the past that were chosen to play a game... by winning they'll be granted 1 wish.... saber wish she can go back and never have pulled the sword out of the stone... the finall episode near the ending is just like one of those thingy that king author did on on his final battle... in the end, laying beside a tree in the forest king author tell his most trusted friend to cast excaliber into the lake where the lady of the lake live before he died.

Oh... However, why did Saber died in the end? She wasnt injured or something @ Shirou's time? Or that was after a final battle? and she thought it was a dream with Shirou but actually isnt?

And remember the very ending, where they shows us a bear on the table? What is that bear gonna do with saber and Shirou? Curious..

Well, you have to remember that Saber is King Arthur, and in the legends, King Arthur died in that final battle with his son Mordred. Since Saber is a woman in Fate/Stay Night, I believe they explained her son Mordred as her clone.(I think, or was it a homunculus, not too sure but I'm sure that Mordred was created in an unnatural way.) She returned back to the time where she was mortally wounded and ended up dying.

Oh.. It is a very sad ending afterall..

If only Saber did not need to fulfill her dream, then she could have to be together with Shirou. Stay together.. Or she can wish to dream or wish to have another life..

I think she stays with him in the Unlimited Blade Works route of the game. (Not too sure since it has been a while).
