Who Is Archer?

wow watched the anime several times and didnt figure it out well now i know

Even though Whiteday answered all the questions, still get the game and enjoy it.

A servant is a dead hero it doesn't matter if they died before you were born or further in the future long after you died once you have an item or artifact associated with that hero you can summon them from the spirit world which I guess from the logic of the FSN universe transcends time

He is ultimately the winner of the 5th Holy Grail War, and is a living incarnation of the "Hero of Justice". The Throne of Heroes, which preserves the souls of all Epic Spirits, exists outside of any conventional timeline, so Archer can be called from any point in history. But he eventually goes back in time to kill his former self. Well...attempted to anyways.

man....maybe he is some Blade Master or something...
if he archer, can see far and uses blades and can take his opponent to some blade world this is mean he is....damn...any options?:D

shirou is archer!
a. archer knew very well about shirou's abilities
b. archer knew alot on everyone during the whole show
c. archer knew what was going to happen ( well, he only knew about that he was going to die vs. berserker, which was obvious lol)
d. when shirou formed the 2 swords, they apeared just like archer, but when he did it with other things it just glowed meaning that the sowrds were summoned the same way.

that's all I could remmeber from what he said

Your friend is right. The anime is based primarily on one of three possible routes through the game, and this is revealed in one of the other branches in the game.

His Reality Marble is called Unlimited Blade Works for a reason! :D

Of course, all the blades he traces are one grade lower than the originals being imitated.

Apparently, he can also create shields as well as weapons.

I thought I was pretty clever to have figured out the double role of Shiru/Archer, but i guess my ego takes another blow, im still only average. lol

Well you see, I havn't played the games and couldnt play the games(since I dun understand japanese)

You see, when I first saw archer's first sword, I though of this hero Gan Jiang in China that created the two legendary swords, Gan Jian and Mo Xie . . .

Note: Gan Jiang and Mo Xie The name of these twin blades have roots in a legend from the Spring and Autumn period in Chinese History, where a skilled blacksmith named Gan Jiang was commissioned by the Wu Emperor to construct two of the finest blades ever created, under threat of death. With his wife Mo Xie, Gan Jiang traveled to the mountains, where he discovered a fallen meteorite from the heavens containing the ore of a special metal. Despite his best efforts, Gan Jiang's hammering is unable to mold the tough material. Fearing for her husband's life at the hands of the Wu Emperor, Mo Xie throws herself on her husband's forge. Gan Jiang is horrified and saddened, but Mo Xie's sacrifice provides the fire with enough heat to allow him to shape the metal. The finished product, a male and female pair of swords, were named in honor of the legendary blacksmith and his loving wife.

Well, I hope I can hav the eng. version of the game soon. . . I wanna know the story!!!!!!!
