lol, there is no deathnote 38 nor a second season. Have you even watched Deathnote and see how it ends? Thats why there is no Episode 38

If its a director's cut then it wouldn't be counted as episode 38. After all, it only does have 37 episodes aired. This wasn't really an episode at all. it was like a 2 hour recap/rewrite of Light vs L though it shows an extra at the end where Kira kills more people.
