If I were evil, I would kill many teachers and students at my school I hate. Warn the rest to evacuate. Use the school as my "Tower." and sit at the throne. I would have the eyes, and make it so no one would be able to win. I would rule the planet with a correctional fist. And no one would be able to do any thing about it!

hehe i never thought wat i would do with death note if i were evil.come to think of it i guess i would use it similarly as sampapa if i were in school.bcoz i hated lots of teachers and students when i was in school and some relatives i hate(seriously).since i was younger the way i used to think or value things were different.in a word i was immature.i know i wud lov rito and wud agree with his principals completely.but too bad i m in university now and dont hav enough imotional energy and support to hate ppl enough to kill ppl.i wud think about the after result of my actions more carefuly now.also the idea of wat is right and worng is much stronger which controls the actions.(like the idea killing ppl is wrong/must not kill ppl/revenge is just wrong blah blah blah)damn it its not easy anymore to think stuff about killing ppl.
anyways if i were evil i wud kill anybody in a whim any1 who annoy me,ppl i hate,politicians,rich ppl,take their money,and ofcourse wipe out every single criminals without second thought.i wud give myself a cool name take the eyes of shinigumi and finaly rule the whole world.he he he

Well judging from the Deathnote series, Its true that there have been troubles and bad cases happening from murders, rape to stealing and terrorism, but that doesn't mean we can all sentence the people who do these things, to death using the deathnote. Its true that the authorities and laws aren't always perfect but they are always there to try and keep society safe and whenever theres trouble stirring up, they wouldn't kill them straight away, unless of course the death penalty is required if that person does something majorly bad in society.

To me, I have also have people i hate in society but having the power to kill them using a deathnote for the reason of hatred is pretty cruel and inhumane. Its better if you try to resolve the problems with the person you hate or simply ignore him.

Thats where fines, jails or even corporal punishment come in instead of instant death such as using the death note because I believe that's a stupid way to go if a person or criminal was to do something bad in society. For example. break the law.

For me, I wouldn't use the deathnote seeing as killing people in my opinion is just wrong unless if the people importantly close to me are getting abused or in trouble, then i might consider using it.

Well i would do the same as Kira.... If creating a new worlds requires the sacrifice of my soul than i would gladly do it, although i wont go after law enforcers. Writing so many names is hard work, its even worse than the homework given from school.... If this continues I... I willl.....

Case I. I wold write my Shinigamy's name on it, all through Ryuk said that if you write a shinigamy's name in it the shinigamy won't die, Light didn't confirm it. . . Maybe Ryuk said that, only becouse he was afraid of diyng. . .
Case II. The idea of having the fate of my hated ones on my pen doesn't really bought my attention. What bought my attention is what happens after the death note. It is said that if you use the death note you will go not to heaven nor hell, but to a deserted place between the 2. I believe that If I will be able to reach that world, I myself could become a death god,. Thats what happened to Light. (personal opinion) :D
