Rep Power: 0 ![]() | hmmm..... I personally loved the ending. While I was sad to see Light die, since he was an awesome character, I think that was the message of the anime: a power like that simply drives one power-crazy. I mean, at the end the author drew his features all distorted and rat like, so I think the ending was attempting to get across the whole corruption-of-power thing. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You see, it's not the whole Light losing thing I hate, it's that he does it so out of character. The writers basically got slack with things and wanted to wrap it up quickly, thus the rushed, and in my opinion badly written end.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The episodes between L's death and the ending just didn't pack the same punch as the previous episodes. I really did like the last two episodes and how they had me sitting on the edge of my seat, but the ones before them I really had to struggle through to keep watching. |
