Do you mean the parts where Kira, Mikami and that other girl, (not Misa) communicate through notes in order to spread the plan in order for Kira cleanse the world of criminals as well as get rid of Near? That acutally started in around episode 30 or so but if thats not the case, Please be more clear about what your trying to ask next time. Give us more detail.
