My name and I want to start watch hack// but I don't know from which one to start:

That is the chronological order. There is the PS2 game series story that takes place at the same time liminality is going on as well. I believe there is series of books out about that story if you don't want to play the games. The series is called .Hack//Another Birth (those books take place from another charecters POV then the game though. It is the second main in the game though so you don't really miss out on any of the story)
