As it says in the title. There's been times I have been at my lowest, when certain anime's got me through it by either putting me in a better mood or giving me something emotional to watch while I was dealing with stuff. Like a comforting friend lol One of these anime was cardcaptor sakura. I first watched this when I was going through allot at school and it really picked me up and put me in a more positive mood which helped allot lol As lame as this sounds lol two animes that got me through a broken heart was kanon 2006 and true tears ^_^

The anime that helped me a lot ! is Elfen Lied, i guess that is why it's my favourite ! ^^ I don't rly want to go into details, but i was in a certain period of great emotional stress :O So I guess what I saw in the anime shocked me and put me back on track with an even better view on the world ^^

Ummm always... but one week I was depressed about some realtionship issues, and I watched Gun X Sword from start to finish... Thats an odd one, but not a bad anime...
