First bleach episode, when ichigo first gets his zanpakuto and kills the hollow. Really epic.
The atmosphere was great, moon in background, music, etc..

The fight between Goku and Cell in Dragonball Z... No fight in that series was more intense than that.

i hate naruto but the scene where sasuke's brother tortured naruto's sensei (can't remember the names) using this certain red swirly eye technique (eh) in another dimension or something with only black and white colors was beautifully disturbing and very creative.

then elfen lied. where the main weirdo girl tears apart the other one sent by professor to stop her limb by limb.

then one piece. even tough i can't remember exactly what scene zoro's childhood make me cry at some point.

When Grimmjow tried to break Ichigo's mask then Ichigo just grabs his hand and slashes him across his chest, the look on Grimmjow's face says it all..Also when Ichigo was completely surrounded by Byakuya's Bankai and Byakuay closes the 1 million or so blades in on Ichigo and Ichigo, completely surrounded slashes EVERY SINGLE BLADE TO THE GROUND IN LESS THAN 5 SECONDS!!!!!!! By far the best moment i have seen in any fight EVER...........

The best animé scene in my opinion was in the 6th/14th episode of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. That scene was none other than when Kyon kissed Haruhi, saving the world (maybe). That was one of the most stunning things I've ever seen. I live for the day when this moment is topped.
