Well it is true that both bleach and naruto have their major flaws,mainly in the anime version.But that is mostly the fault of the process of animetizing the manga,and thus having to put into the story a lot of fillers (thats one of the probs with these kinds of anime).

But i like both bleach and naruto,the storyline is good and so is the plot,the character development could be better.

As to the explenation why thay are so long,i wrote about it in above.(in short)
So im am against,i like both naruto and bleach,Kishi and Kubo are really gr8 artists (although some recent bleach chapters are up for discussion >_> Kubo,i mean wtf?) ...

I agree with you Paprika and believe me, your not the only one who crticises Bleach and Naruto. Sorry aca but I say,Bleach and Naruto are getting quite overrated being such a long series spread out with fillers only to try and extend the series longer/give the manga writers more time. Ive stopped both ages ago seeing as It just like, its never going to end at for quite a long time at some point and their have been many new series out lately that have been much more entertaining in my favor, such as Soul Eater, Macross Frontier and Code geass which Ive picked up. Not too long/outstretched as a series as well as the themes/action and story doesn't get repetitive unlike Naruto and Bleach.

Usually im into short series with around up to 50 episodes or less but if fillers were added just to outstretch the series/give the manga writers more time to try and make the series longer then things from there do become quite overated and repetitive causing the story, themes and characters to lose interest over time.

There are many better anime series out there I would recommend to watch/try besides Naruto and Bleach(too outstretch, overrated in my favor), even though there are still some fans that watch it, I guarantee you'll find watching other new anime series whether ongoing or complete and not too lenghtly, a much better experience and a change of theme/story/characters in an anime series is always nice besides watching the same action/story being outstretched in length and repeating over and over with the same characters constantly being pulled into it.

hmm... that's hard.

i think there are many good anime and naruto and bleach are two of them. it really depends on taste. but their fillers are reeeeaaally extreme long (that's why i'm more into manga). for the ones who find them annoying and immature i suggest watching some seinen and not shonen.

there are really better anime.

but well i love being imature...and i love naruto/bleach.

@bon: yeah but i said that to,the problems with these kinds of anime is that it will be full of fillers,it has to be (i hate it) it has to give the writers time/so leeway to push the manga ahead,cuz eventually the anime would cathc up to the manga/over take it.
(it would be better,if they paused and resumed once the manga has moved away from the anime).

I agree with aca85's points entirely.

One think I will point out though, is you put the words "Mature Only" in your title then make an argument which make no sense, lasts 1 line and is not mature in any way, shape or form.

I would personally suggest this thread be locked and removed. I've had enough with naruto/bleach haters coming on and making pointless arguments. If you don't like it, don't watch it, and please don't come trying to tell everyone else how rubbish it is. When you can make something better, then you have the right to complain.

It's mature because I just want to see how is opinion of experience members and for this topic (thread) on rest (other) forums I was banned or expelled by side of fans (mostly kids)

This is not watch or don't watch it's obviously that Naruto and Bleach are commercial and I'm not complaining but I can't seat and watch how pop-culture eating creativity of anime .

Well, there is nothing wrong with a bit of criticism, as long as you are able to clearly state your arguments. Naming something "a trash" without giving grounds is nothing more, than trolling.

I'll leave this thread for now, and see, how it turns out.

And btw, anime is part of the pop-culture. How can it [or its creativeness] being eaten by it?
