I usually download, but I also bought some series [G.I.T.S. S.A.C. & S.A.C. 2nd Gig, Ergo Proxy] and films [e.g. Perfect Blue, Akira, Cowboy Bebop: The Movie, Metropolis].

In fact, at the same time, I like and don't like buying anime. I like it, because I think it's some kind of showing apprectiation to creators of anime.
I don't like because of prices and [often] quality. [My downloaded version of Ergo Proxy is better than the bought one. And it costed me only the time :/]

Only $30 for Samurai Champloo? Here in Sweden I gave ~$110 for the whole serie and that wasn't imported! If I had imported it I would have cost me twice as much... Now I download all anime instead.

dude: http://www.sfbok.se cheapest place to buy anime for swedes but some shows really are expensive... Azumanga Daioh(97 $) and Last Exile (97 $).... =(
