I enjoy subbed. But scoutz is right, if you never heard the original voices, then you'd have no problem watching the dubbed. Haha, like with Sailor Moon... I used to watch the dub and absolutely loved it. But now, the dub just makes me laugh and shake my head wondering "what was I thinking?" Then again, in addition to terrible dubbing, they massacred the show into a show geared towards young children.

Hmm.. I guess it's really personal preference. Hahah. I mean, American companies can absolutely destroy a good anime with horrible dubbing.. But then again, they can make it better. The dubbing for Cowboy Bebop was really well done. Spike Spiegel's voice was right on the money. |

In my opinion, it seems to me that anymore, the American companies just hire random voice actors and hope they work out. The actors dont seem to put any emotion or respect into the characters. Thats what I like about the subbed. The Japanese people seem to care about each character they do.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Sub's are far better, i prefer to listen to voice's the way the original creators wanted it to be. Also there a few good dubbed series but sometime's the voices in a dubbed version lack's emotion in some circumstance's & might not even fit the personality of a character. |

Some American dubbing companies seem to change the situation altogether. Like, in the sub, two characters could be talking about love and their history together.. But in the dub, the company might completely change it to fit the standards of what the American public really wants.. Talk about random crap no one really cares about. |
