Think it's time to update the links and to give a proper explanation howto install it:

Howto install:
1: download deamon-tools and install it.
2: When you've downloaded the game, start daemon-tools and left-click on the DT-icon in the icon-bar(lower right corner)
Press "Device X: no media" and go to the F/SN folder and choose FateDisc1.cue. Press ok and the installation will start. When 1/3 of the installation is done, the setup will ask for disc2. Now press the DT-icon and chose "unmount all devices", then press "Device 0: no media" and select FateDisc2.cue . When the installation is 2/3 complete, the setup will ask for the 3rd disc. unmount and then select FatDisc3.ccd. Press ok. Wait and the game will be installed!

Step 3: install the patch. Just start it and follow the steps and install :P however, de-select "start fate stay night". The game will crash if you start it.

Step 4: Install applocale. Follow the steps on the microsift website. Note that you have to verify that you're running a non-pirated windows(the GenuineCheck stuff :P). My pirated windows XP passed the check, so you should also make it if you're runnig a pirated copy of windows. Install applocale! Now you're nearly ready to play F/SN

Step 5: Start applocale. Select "launch an application" and goto "C:\Program Files\Fate" or whereever you installed F/SN. Select Fate.exe and press "next". Then press "finish" and F/SN will start!

Off the topic of the Game and back to the anime
There was one thing that annoyed me about Lancer
His true identity was Cuchulain my favorite hero from Irish folklore the got the name of his noble phantasm Gae Bolg right and thats it the special move shown in the anime is completely wrong.

The say that Gae Bolg's effect is to curse it's victim with a wound that will not heal. WRONG! Thats the effect of Venomous the spear wielded by Cuchulain's uncle Conchubar.

The actual effect of Gae Bolg is completely different. When it enters it's victim Spikes grow out of the spear head and rip the victim apart. The weapon's special attack really was like a Noble Phantasm. Cuchulain could only make this effect happen after administering a blessing on the spear

An ability that inverts the concept of causality, creating a phenomenon where the spear is thrust only after it has made contact with a target. When the true name of Gáe Bolg is invoked, the opponent has already been pierced before the attack is initiated, regardless of the path the strike must follow to reach its target. Agility is meaningless in avoiding this ability; the only defense is a high degree of luck, which alters fate ahead of time. In spite of this destiny-interference property and its accuracy, use of Gáe Bolg is economical, consuming so little Mana it can be used seven times without pause for recharge.

I know the RPG's definition of it but after reading about the spear in legend the anime didn't really compare. I was just disappointed that it wasn't at all devastating as it is descried in the legend in the RPG.
Lancer even said that it should be a one hit kill after using it on on Saber well fortunately for her she had Avalon's healing power, But later on when he used it on Shiro they explain that the phantasm is curse of a wound that can't be healed I just think it's kind of pathetic compared to some of the other phantasms I don't think it suits the character

lol, noticed that too. Have you read it? Personally found it very enjoyable to read. Still haven't got the chance to obtain the 4th book though.
