Rep Power: 8  |  Yeah just image such a haker on Section 9, they would finish that gouda bastard really fast... You know what the SAC Solid state Society movie, how the hell Tachikomas survived, and why Major Kusanagi quit Section 9? Would be intresting to watch if they made some sort of another series showing like past of the charachters... aslo with Batou, the way he treats Motoko, is just more than friendship much more, there is this sense of his caring for her but he knows that both of them are just military cyborgs and goes on with his business...

Rep Power: 105    | Ok well...I do watch Ghost In The Shell...it's really good...I liked the original even more... If I remember correctly in Solid State Society Motoko left for reasons of doing things on her own and finding the Puppeteer and other "Cyber Criminals" on her own... As for the relationship between Batou and Motoko...I believe they were in a love relationship before they became completely "Cyborgish" and Motoko has gone through different bodies and doesn't have a perticular "bodie" anymore....to the point where Batou barely recognized her and it upset him or something like that... If I remember thats how it went....they said that before in one of the movie's or series episodes.

Rep Power: 8 | In 2nd gig you see that motoko lost her original body when she was 9 or 10... batou was a ranger in japanese SDF, and If you piece together the story of the sniper(dont remember the exact episode)Saito then I think they met in the war, beeing in the same JSDF unit(you can see Ishikawa there), also in last episode of 1st GIG you can see that he cares about her more than friend, but troughout the episodes he doesnt make any moves... so a lover is out of the question...

Rep Power: 1227   | ok i guess i need to answer to this ... Matoko had a full cyborg operation at the age of 6. And batou-san is correct,Batou and Matoko met in the 3rd WW,and shortly after the war was over and section 9 was established they both joined. And i don't think that matoko and batou ever were in a romantic relationship,but i do know that they both care for each other :) ... sweet ...

Rep Power: 8 | Yeah, but the age of her cyberizationvaries through tge different sources, but there is an episode in 2nd GIG where she meets a girl in clinic undergoing treatment(the episode about the organ transplant black market) and apparently Batou says that Kusanagi have undergone cyberization at her age... so it could be from 6 to 9... yah and about their relationship, they always joke at each other so making their relationship less serious...

Rep Power: 0  | Well yeh, out of all the anime iv watched this is definatly in my top 3. Tbh i might just watch it again because its just amazing, the action, the story, the characters and there background and the animation itself is realy good. |

Rep Power: 0 | It's not just 'really good', it's awesome!!!! GitS is one of my first choices when it comes to anime. @Batou-san: GitS 2: Innocence is full of all those loaded references to the relationship between the Major and Batou. I mean, you just take a look at the dude's empty flat, and you're instantly made to feel the absence of a 'special woman'. You can't get more obvious than that. However, this relationship thing isn't natural because the manga doesn't have any such references. |

Rep Power: 8 | yeah, and un manga kusanagi goes lesbo, has a boyfriend and jokes all around... the series and films are a remake, not manga, it is much more serious... yeah I know about the Innocence... but movies and series are not the same plot... they are like two sides of a coin... two different plots... but becouse the series gave more of their relationship I do references to it...
