I watched a little starting when I was around 13-14. Didn't really become a hobby till I was 17-18. So for about 4-5 years.

1 year and 4 months by now when i started watching anime by downloading it and watching many eps on my pc,i did have a break from anime between that time though.

Since 1998, the first one i watched was Digimon Adventures, then Digimon Adventures 02 until Digimon Tamers before "converting" to a real anime otaku. That was after watching The End of Evangelion. Can you imagine how much that movie changed me as an anime viewer? After that i started collecting more mature anime (not hentai, i wasn't aware of it's existence at the time), normal ones with real good plot instead of just some actions.

I've been a serious anime viewer for about 11 or so years now, but i have been watching it in smaller portions since i was probably 5-ish. If you count from then, it would be more like 22 years.

Must have been three or four years since I took anime rather seriously. Before that, well, I watched it all my life.
