How long have you been into anime? - Page 17

Wow this post has been going for a while. It's really interesting to see different ages and get to know about people; boy but do I feel old. I've been watching heavily as an adult since it was called japanimation on vhs that would be about 14 years ago. But, I really started at 9 or 10 years of age at 5am in the mornings with Starblazers (still not sure what that is called now) then a couple years later Macross, or Robotech as it was called here in the US.

Not long, i watched stuff when i was a kid not really knowing what it was, then first got properly into it about a year ago

I think I started in early 2004... It sprouted off an intense addiction for films. Once I felt I had watched most of the movies I wanted to see. I decided to try anime and what can I say. I became hooked on that too T.T..

Then i became addicted to anime.

My room ends like this

Not!!! That's and otaku room
My room is just a normal room with a few posters and some action figures.
I'll like to became an otaku but i dont have the funds to make it. :(

I've been watching for about 9 months and watched ALOT ever since i got into it and seems like I'm running out or something <_< or atleast the one's that I like. Right now I'm still looking for one that will interest me. I moved to Action like Bleach D.gray-man Elfen lied etc. to suspense like DeathNote spiral code geass etc. and now I'm giving romance and drama a try so far I liked the one's I but seems like I'm running out @_@ haha

Heh, about three weeks ago, actually... It was like a complete shift; *KA-CHUNK* and I was an otaku! Started with Lucky Star...

I started watching anime properly *not that kids dubbed stuff from tv - the proper anime* since I was in yr 11 - about ... 4 years ago I think! but the english dubbed shows put on tv - like dragonballZ, Cardcaptor sakura, pokemon, digimon ect - i've watched them since I was little! I think i started taking real notice about them when i was 11 or in grade 6! LOL!

Iv'e being watching Anime for About 12 years Iv'e always being obsessed with anime for aslong as I have know because I was born around it (oh btw i'm 15)
