How much do you love anime? and how are you affected by it?

The measure of ones love is not simply measured by words but how he is affected by it.

To measure your love for anime you will look for things around your life that is related to anime. For example material possessions. Anime action figures, pokemon cards, wallpapers in your room, manga/dvd collection, the shirt you wear etc.

The list is endless so how much do you love anime? and how are you affected by it?

well, first off measuring love by material possessions? that's just way off right there, there are different levels of "love", and none of them really require spending money on them.

I really enjoy anime, I have fun talking to people about it, I don't feel ashamed to let others know that I enjoy it, as for how much i've spent on it... yea not one of my proudest things, but i'm still happy with my collection. To me I don't really care how others view my anime interest, i have my own likes and dislikes and i'm glad that there are so many new fans every day that can share this with me. :P

material possessions is just one of the many ways to show how much you love anime. it is a means not an end. you can show love for anime like the things your friends talk about, how much you spend time on things related to anime, etc. the list is endless. i just want to hear from other people how much they love anime and in what way were they affected by it.

i dont love it , i like it , but its gone down my likking because i found there is ALOT ASIAN DRAMAS/ROMANCE i found out , taiwanese got alot ( the best ) and others like Koreans , Japan , i love them

To be honest, I love anime with a passion.. I started watching it at the age of 6, and im 20 now, so its had a big impact with my life, I havent spent much on it, except alot of time.

That and cars & music are the only things I truely love in life.. Also sports ^^

I love anime and it has affected my life in a non-negative way. It really is my top passion atm. And it probably won't ever fall very low on my list as time goes on.

I love anime and I use it as a positive thing in my life, I will reward myself with watching an anime episode or two after I completed something I needed to do, Ie filling in a form, doing my uni work etc...

Anime can help me out of a foul mood or when I am upset. Anime is really important to me. The anime society kept me from giving up at uni and going home.

I have a good anime collection, plushies and a room full of promo posters and wall scrolls. Thanks to anime I met my partner ^_^

Anime is an important part of my life to the extent that I collect the official releases. Anime is one of my top three hobbies. I collect Zoids, so while I don't have anime dolls, I do have anime models . . . about 195 Zoids in my collection now.

Watching Anime makes me happy, it allows me to derive enjoyment, or escape into a world that is ruled truly by story. While anime will never dominate my life, it will continue to be a major part of it (as it has for 25 years now).

I think one of the cultural lessons that anime reminds of is simply this:

No matter where you go in the world, people seek and find happiness in their lives. And that is a wonderful thing to know.
