we are seriously this addicted where we're wondering how to re-expericence anime. it's quite saddening but impressive at the same time. you have to admire the dedication :3

I guess it was the Street Fighter 2 The Animated Movie that first got me hooked. I was a huge fan of the original Street Fighter 2 videogame for the Super Nintendo. I must of watched that VHS tape a million times, I had memorized every single line of that English Dub, plus it was actually violent and intense! I remember wanting to be a martial artist like Ryu, and for awhile I started working you out and getting in really good shape.

After that I was introduced to Neon Genesis Evangelion by someone who was browsing the same video store I visited frequently. And one of the kids who lives near me introduced me to Record of Lodoss War, which I also ended up loving very much. I remember those VHS tapes were almost $30 dollars a pop! And one VHS tape had only two episodes on it! Talk about getting ripped off.
