Rep Power: 1132      |  RahXephon Ost Question? well finished with rahxephon ... Have a question about the Ost,i want to know if the ost includes those "aria"-s*** that were sang in the anime? ... *** single voice song's that Quon sang (and the d-1's)

Rep Power: 0  | You've probably searched looked into this but it seems that there are 3 releases of the Rahxephon OST. None of the three seem to have the aria's in it so I would guess that they were never published on CD. (from Wikipedia) RahXephon O.S.T. 1 RahXephon O.S.T. 2 RahXephon O.S.T. 3 (from discogs.com) RahXephon O.S.T. 1 Normally discogs.com is more detailed and complete that Wikipedia, however this isn't the case with anime OST's I guess  .But I have found out something strange about the song that Quon sings. The melody she sang was sounded familliar to me and I found this in my music library:http://www.megaupload.com/?d=T5V3HJ21 It probably isn't your genre but at 1:02 the melody sounds a lot like the song that Quon sings  .MDMA

The whole reason im asking cuz i also found the rahxephon Ost complilation in a 700mb torrent file,and i didnt want to dl the entire torrent just for a couple of songs ... ill check ur link ^^\ edit : ok i checked ur link and dl'the song ... omg wtf,i hate trance! thats not even remotly close to what i was asking for. Aria that Quon sigs is just her (a single female voice) Soprano . Edit #2 : i found (almost) what im looking for > http://gh.ffshrine.org/song/5797/6 < this but without the music ...

Because he stole (or sample, same meaning different word) it, you can make the assumption that The masochist also likes anime or has at least seen it. Wich at itself is kind of awesome because his songs are known troughout the European hardcore community. I checked out your song as well and that is indeed a direct sample from RahXephon. MDMA
