It's damn hard to choose only seven, but let's try.

1) Ruroni Kenshin OAV - Trust and Betrayal
2) Claymore - it's new but it's frickin' great
3) Ikkitousen: Dragon Destiny
4) After War - Gundam X
5) Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien
6) Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni
7) Shin Seiki Evangelion

There are a lot more great titles but I had to choose only seven
