The Worst Dub Ever

What anime do you think deserves the title of worst dub ever?

I nominate the woeful first attempt the japanese made at a transfrmers series Transformers Headmasters

the only thing worse than the story lines and music was the aweful voice actors they used for the english dub. They could have atleast used the original voice cast from the American series although I'd want nothing to do with series so bad so I'm not surprised that they ended up with such crappy voice *cough* tallent.

Bleach is bad, but not as bad as Tengen toppa... and still that is nowhere as bad as what happened in Samurai deeper kyo. Red tiger was embarrasing

the threads got really stale with no actual conversation taking place

@Defiant yeah one piece's voice acting isnt the best but but whats worse about the dub is the editing like taking away Smokers cigars and giving the navey super soakers instead of guns

Dragonball, now before you say anything bad about my choice, let me defend myself. When I was a lot younger, I enjoyed it. Now, I see some of the episodes and I'm like "why didn't I recognize this years ago?" I'll admit that quite a number of the episodes were well done. However, some of the characters voices would change so they're almost not the same anymore(basically different voice actors, especially in Z). Now I know there are a lot of episodes but I'd wish they would at least try to sound like the previous guy before them.

Actually there is an eplanation for what happene with the voices in Dragon Ball Z. When Funmation Entetainment licensed Dragon Ball Z for an English language release in North America.an got Ocean Group to produce an English dub. The dubbed episodes premiered in the in September 1996.

In May 1998, the broadcast was canceled and Funimation stopped production of the dubbed episodes. Three months later, the series began airing on Toonami. In 1999, Funimation started dubbing the series again, now using their own in-house voice actors and with a new musical score.

The series completed its run in April 2003, with the editing having reduced the length of the series to 276 episodes. Later that year, Funimation redubbed the first 67 episodes of the series, restoring the removed content and replacing the Ocean Group dubbing with the same voice cast used in the later episodes.

I'm not saying that your opinion is invlali or anything hell I think the dubs on Draon Ball are bad I'm just explaing why the voices changed during the Dragon Ball series

Lol, I used to watch some of those dubbed Transformer shows when they came out. Now I can look back and see how terrible the voice acting was (though I still like Optimus Prime's voice). The English dubbed version of Naruto was so high-pitch I just couldn't stand it. EVA was horrid too. What a total ruin.
