1) Slam Dunk- Love or hate Basketball, you can never stop thinking of Hanamichi, the protagonist. Hanamichi is a inhumanly strong freshmen in high school who has already been dumped around 50 times, and then he finally meets the girl of his dreams, Haruko, who loves Basketball. So in order to impress her, Hanamichi enters the basketball team under Haruko's brother, Akagi's captaincy. The story revolves around how Hanamichi falls in love with the game and around the other main characters, Rukawa (Haruko loves him), Mitsui, Miyago and many other awesome characters. The games will get you off of your seats, its probably one of the most read manga ever.

2) Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO)- Those 43 episodes, I wish were 500 eps long. GTO centers around a former high school gangster known as Onizuka who wants to become a teacher. He starts to teach a middle school class and unknowingly so of what was to come from him. The students in it were all very clever and drove out all the other homeroom teachers using various techniques due to a certain grudge they had against teachers. The main plot is how Onizuka tackles them and starts to win their hearts, get them on right track. Very enjoyable.

1)Trigun: Trigun is about a man named "Vash the Stampede" and the two Bernardelli Insurance Society employees who follow him around in order to minimize the damages inevitably caused by his appearance. Most of the damage attributed to Vash is actually caused by bounty hunters in pursuit of the "60,000,000,000$$" (sixty billion "double dollars") bounty on Vash's head for the destruction of the city of July. However, he cannot remember the incident clearly due to his amnesia. Throughout his travels, Vash tries to save lives using non-lethal force. He is occasionally joined by a priest, Nicholas D. Both have intriguing storylines,Trigun is just classic and has stood the test of time and is still one of my absolute favs. and the Hellsing OVA is a great take off the manga. They have done a fantastic job sticking to the story thus far.
