WORLD OF REVOLUTION

Hey folks. Time to play a new RPG!!!!! This is a new world I thought of, so be nice and play nicely in my kinder-garden.

History:

2525 year of new age. World is in a great conflict between races. Humans, dwarfs and witchers are fighting the new-old races, which are trying to get their place in the world.

Action is held in Fyuki city. This is a town, where the magical lines cross together and open portals of magic. City is old, near the sea. It is surounded by forests and mountains, which make the city hard to approach.

150 years ago because of humans, bio-genetical humans and mutants were born. But they were hated by humans for their abnormal human abilities. Thus a fight was born between those 3 races. Later on, a new race from the magical world came to the human world- dwarfs. They joined the humans side in fight with the place in the world. A lot of humans, mutants, dwarfs, and biogenetical humans died in those past 150 years, but later on, two old races were awekened by the bells of war - vampires and werewolfs. They joined the mutants side, because humans killed a lot of them in all those years from the begining of the world. But vampires and werewolfs never liked mutants either, so they are hostile with each other too. After the vampires and werewolfs the witchers came. As they are old hunters able to use magic and they fought against the lowest rankings of the vampires and werewolfs. Witchers were gladly accepted by the humans. This made more chaos in the current world.

At present, a lot of people live at space in bio-spheres. The world already changed a lot. Lots of new technologies were applied to everyday routine. New security systems were created with the reason to avoid war. At this moment, most of security systems are computers, cameras and shooting mashines that are connected between. Also robot-protections have been invented for this. There are 3 sizes of them. 1- is a mini robot. Very powerfull armor, hard to brake, but size of a garbage can. 2-nd is with size of a human, walks fast, has automated shot-at sight locked on enemies. Activates to anyone who shots (except cops). 3th one is a 3 feet tall robot, which is almost imposible to destroy. Armor is is not afraid of any rockets or bombs.

At present, the world has passed great bounderies in the magic, alchemy and technology. It has became a common thing between all the races, and the war is so old, nobody remembers why it even started. This is our starting point - to fight each other.

The races are devided into two sides :

One side- humans, witchers, dwarfs.
Other side- vampires, werewolfs, mutants, biogenetical humans.

Every race has its own classes.

Humans can be fighters, casters, alchemists.
Dwarfs are fighters only.
Witchers are fighters with magical power.
Biogenetical humans are fighters.
Vampires are purebloods, nobleman, E-class vampires.
Werewolfs are purebloods, fighters, E-class.
Mutants are fighters with special abilities.

RACES AND CLASSES

ONE SIDE

HUMANS

Humans are the first inhabitants of the earth. After so many years they passed all limits in technology, magic and alchemy. They are powerfull mages, witchers, fighters, alchemist and very smart humans.

human classes:

fighters - humans who use human body strenght, their reflexes and use all kinds of weapons. They can use from high level martial arts to high level fightings techniques with swords, guns, bows and such. They have great body strenght so are hard to kill, but they have no immunity to magic, so if they get hity, they can suffer a lot of damage, but normal attacks can barely wound them or leave at least a mark.

Casters - great magical experiance, but weak body. They have great power in magic, but can be easily killed in melee combat without magic. Theyr source of magic depends on human character, each human can summon only few forces of natrue, the 5 point masters(fire, water, air, void, earth) are realy rare.

alchemists - people who can use landshape or any item to make something for themselves. They use pocket watches who are used instead of the alchemy circle. They have passed great boundaries, so can create much more than they should. They are only a bit skilled in melee combat.

Witchers

Witchers - fighters with magic. They are hunters of Wolwerines and Vampires, mostly E class. They can use magic, but only by making signs with theyr hands. Theyr body is strong and fast to is realy hard to wound. Theyr magic isn't powerful, but enaugh to kill high level vampires and any other class. Witchers can see in night and bright sun as they can control their pupils, so they can clearly see everything. Also they can summon a steed that can acompany them in theyr travels. The steed is bounded by magic, so you can't kill it. It can move faster than a car.

Dwarfs

Strong fighters with a huge imunity to magic. They can craft high quality weapons, which don't brake. Because of theyr small height they were always laughed at, but recantly when they showed the world what they are capable of, made everyone shut up. They are respected between all races. Theyr high quality fighting and stong body helps them fight long and hard battles with an ease.

OTHER SIDE

Bio-genetical humans

They are mashine type of humans created by humans. They have theyr own mind, and very complexed body wich alows them to be imunine against a lot of atacks, but they are vulnerable by magic. They use great technology to fight, which is instaled in theyr body. Because of theyr great mind, they are unliked by humans, as they are stronger, smarter and even better looking. Augmentations in them can be chosen by them and instaled by them, but they can have only 5 augmentations in theyr life. They can not remove them. They are often called Nanotechs, as they have nanotechnology in theyr body. Their eyes are blue with a green dot - its a microchip.

There are 6 types of installed augs: Cranial, Eyes, Arms, Torso, Subdermal, and Legs. (you can only have 4 augmentations, means select one from the body parts and only one canister goes into one. You can chose ONLY 4 upgrades for your body. No more.)

Cranial :
1.Aggressive Defense System - This aug will basically detonate any heavy-duty explosive weapons before they reach you. As a result, you will take less damage from these weapons.
2. Spy Drone- You can create a little drone that can spy on areas for you.

Eyes :

1. Night vision
2. Targeting - better accuracy.

Arms :

1. Microfribal muscle - let's you carry heavy objects.
2. Combat strenght - your melee power is more powerfull.

Torso:

1. Regeneration- heals your body.
2. Energy shield - reduced damage taken from fire, electricity and plazma attacks.

Subdernal :

1. EMP shield - will protect from energy draining bombs.

Legs :

1. Faster running
2. Silent walking

Vampires

Vampires are devided into 3 classes between them. Purebloods are the higest class which has the most power, but you can only be born a pureblood. Nobleman are also a vampire class, which you are born, but they are not trully pure-bloods (not all of their generations are vampires). E-class vampires are humans, who turned into a vampires when were bitten by a pureblood. They have a strong urge for blood and they loose consciousness when they turn into a vampire.
Skills - flying, can only be used with a cape, which comes from a vampire family or can be bought (but costs loads). Memory erasing - they can erase the memory of human. Energy - they can make the blood they suck into powerfull energy, which they can use to make power bolts. They also have a strong body, so they don't die easily. They have fast regeneration, so even if they are hitted by a bullet, they can recover after some time, but it takes energy. Also fast reflexes. Also fimiliars - bats.

Purebloods - a high campire class withing vampires. They are highly respected by all other vampires. They are old families who were vampires from the creation of world. They have a strong power source. They can suck blood not only from humans, but from other vampires too. But if they kill another pureblood, they gain the power of that other pureblood. But killing purebloods is forbiden. Every generation has a special ability only the ones have.

Nobleman - a high calss withing vampires. They don't have so much power like purebloods, but they have some abilities that purebloods can't use. They are weaker than purebloods, but theyr body is stronger and they adapt to fighting with swords very fast.

E-class vampires - lowest class of vampires. Usualy humans who were bitten. They loose their mind and are usualy killed by witchers. They kill humans for blood. (These will be NPCs)

Werewolfs

Humans, who have genes of wolfs. They have increadible strenght and power. Also enormours regeneration rates. They are hard to kill. There are few classes between them. They are purebloods, nobleman, E-class. Each has its strong and weak points. But purebloods are one of the most powerfull classes. They are also respected even by the vampires.

Purebloods - a long family line. They always have consciousness. They can control what part of body they want to get stronger. Everytime they want, they can transform into their werewolf form. They are respected by a lot of rases. They are initelgent race, which has the history older than any other. They are only a bit effected by the moon ( adults can resist it). But their power is realy powerful. Not many can withstand theyr claws and teeth.

Nobleman - a high class. they are servants of purebloods. they can not resist the moon, but they can control themselves when they turn into a werewolf. Also they can transform in the midle of day. Their sinew is as strong as purebloods, but their body is not so hard to break. But they have special abilties purebloods don't have. Some of them have special smell that can track something they need.

E-class - humans which were turned into a werewolf by a pureblood. They have no consiousness when they turn into it when moon comes. (NPC)

Mutants

Mutants are humans, who were born with mutated genes. They have abilties normal humans can not. Every mutant is diferent from others. Some are strong, other can contril weather and so on... They are feared by humans, and were banished and even killed. But now they are fighting as they want a place in the world.
(what skills your mutant has is up to you, but not more then 4!)

Events will be posted everytime they come. They will be anounced by me. Don't forget to post your character in character creation threat.

World

World is seperated in few pieces - Japan, Usa, WDF and few small countries.
USA and Japan have most teritory of space, moon and earth.
WDF is a neutral country. It has few big islands in the ocean + few domes in space. The place is total neutrality, there is no confusion, fights or anything. A lot of humans reside in there along with bio-humans and such. They live in harmony.
USA is one of the biggest and most powerfull countires on earth. They have 40% of earth, moon base.
Japan is county, that has 40% of earth, 25 domes in space. County has the biggest and the most modern technology available in the world.

Fyuki has a space shuttle centre 30 km away from the city. They provide trips from earth to space (takes 5 hours to reach destination) or they can provide travels all around the world. The company that rules the centre is called F.A.T.W. They are neutral and have certificates with all the countries to let them enter their teritory with the special shuttles, planes, airships. Base is under lots of protection. They have the newest modern fighting airships, mobile suits and so on.

NEW PLACES

S.CC. 5-7 Dome in space. This is a huge city named Keya in a dome. It takes 7 hours to fly there from Fyuki city space shuttle center. Flights are at 7a.m., 15 a.m. and 21 a.m. You should buy a ticket and you can vitis the huge city in the space. It is controlled by W.D.F country, so s completely neutral. There is a black market where you can buy anything you want and an underground laboratory. You must get a permision to enter there. there are created new technologies, robots and other things. Costs a lot of start an experiment.


Moon base. Human controled armed base. Here resides the USA army of space ships and fighting robots. Only humans can enter this place. Forbidden for any other unless they get a permision from USA goverment. Spaceship goes here every tuesday at 12.15 a.m.
