Diana finished registrating at the library. She got an ID which she can use in every singly library in the city. She walked down, checked in and entered the library.
The library was huge! Diana stood there with her mouth open wide and looked at all those books, those shelfs, computers! Everything was great. I wonder if I will find what i need. Well, let's dig in. She walked down the shelfss and looked at them. Her cape was still there, but she took off to hood. You could clearly see her face and eyes. She was beautiful. All men stared at her, but she didn't even notice. She walked around the books and started looking.
After few hours, she was climbing the stairs. People didn't dare to go near her. She already dumped over few hundred books. She just clibed up, started looking for books and if they are no good she just threw them on the ground. Everyone could see her sword, but when they asked to show license for weapons she piled up so many legal documents for carying weapons they stood there shocked. She had to show them not only her sword but also those tow guns she was carying and a dagger. She was like a serial killer in the library. Everyone stood there and she ,just like at home, dumped everything in her way. She piled up a lot of books on the desk, but itwasn't enaugh. She just kept seraching and searching. Damn it. Where is that book. I heard there is one in here...

Kenji woke up in his room in the hotel of the ghetto. He had a terrible headache for no obvious reasons. And then in a flash it came to his mind... I never thought the city streets would be so dangerous. At least I found a job so soon. A strange looking man in a long brown coat, with white hair and a pony tail asked Kenji if he'd like to work as a head hunter. He gladly accepted but... What had happened from then on? I cant remember much from then on....

Khy had a wide smile on his face as he took in the sights and sounds of the Fyuki City Festival. He stretched his gloved hands, took a deep breath and subsequently choked on the stench that was inner city living. Well, at least it looked good, if nothing else.

Khy Hopper, 16, was just a regular human teenage boy, and by that, it meant he liked slacking off, and he liked girls. Cute girls. Girls were going to be at the festival. Khy's smile became a grin, as he rubbed his hands eagerly. Girls~

He bounded down the stairs towards the square. Khy had spent the better part of twenty minutes the night before setting up his shop. Sometimes it paid to be an alchemist where you could conjure up stuff using your imagination. But in this case, it helped even more that the Construction Guild owed him for three hundred vials of stomach medicine after they had decided that eating crow sounded like a healthy breakfast idea.

The shop was tucked away in one side of the square, away from the main thoroughfare, but right next to the fortune tellers. It was a bad location, business wise, but Khy was already a rich man. Money he didn't need. Girls who believed in fortune tellers and were willing to invest in "Hopper Love Crystals" though... Khy's grin grew wider, if that were even possible.

He opened the door of his festival store and switched on the light. It was perfect. It had that old world charm, yet a mysterious mystic air. It was bright, but not garish. Most of all, it had cute trinkets lining every shelf, wall space, nook and cranny. Khy inspected the work, seeing that the construction workers had implemented all his designs. Satisfied, he removed his gloves and got down to work.

He took an old pocket watch out of his jacket pocket. The thing had definitely seen better days. His mother told him that it might even predate the war! Of course, it's hard to believe her sometimes. The war has been going on for over a hundred and fifty years. There was no way a watch could last that long.

Khy looked at the watch face. It still kept excellent time, but more importantly it was an important tool for his alchemy. The watch acted as a transfiguration circle, a ring of control that enabled Khy to manipulate elements into items almost instantaneously. He could quite literally create anything he wanted, with the right elements, and the right knowledge.

It was a simple enough process. Normally, to make a heal potion, you would need to treat and boil herbs and roots for hours, maybe even days on end to extract its full healing properties. In alchemy, it broke it down to the simple elements -- herbs and roots, add water and fire. Voila, a heal potion.

Of course, it was all in the imagination of it. First Khy had to imagine picking up the herbs and roots -- which meant he had to picture it clearly in his mind. Next he had to imagine cleaning them and putting them in a large pot filled with water, and starting the fire to heat it up. Finally, he had to imagine the healing liquid being poured into the vials -- this was an important step, if you didn't you would have a healing liquid mess all over yourself, instead of neatly in a nice vial which you could sell for high profits.

Khy had mastered heal potions long ago. It was practically the bread and butter of his Khy-Mart business so he could quite effortlessly 'mix' it up at a click of a finger. It was other things that he was having troubles with -- like a telescope so he could peek into the girls bath...

The telescope Khy was building in alchemy melted into nothingness as his mind wandered. Khy sighed. Focus. He needed to focus. He turned the watch over and started again. He rubbed the old engravings on the watch. There was a mythical motive, Charon and his boat crossing the River Styx. Supposedly it was about how time only flowed one way, relentlessly like the river, towards the end. Towards death.

Khy could only wonder why they didn't bother engraving naked girls on this thing. At least he would enjoy feeling that up all day. But he didn't choose the transfiguration device. According to his mom, it chose him.

He got back to the telescope in mind. Today he was finally going to nail it. Like those girls --- DAMNIT!

Mara hissed. She's been looking for her cape for hours, but it seemed to be nowhere.
'I shall need it. Damn, where's that damned cape?!'- exclaimed she.
'Fine. Not in the bathroom, I've just looked there. And not in the kitchen too, shit, I haven't been there at all! Oh well...'
After some time she was almost ready, with the cape in her hands. Vampress has found it. And it was in the kitchen. The cape was very, very old and really powerful. Mara carefully put it into her little bag.
'O.K. Now... Where is my flute?..'
Several hours passed and Mara was about to go. Alas, she felt too tired to go anywhere! Well, I must. I'll try, OK?
Mara was walking down a wide street and looking around. Looking at every person, at every house or tree she passed. Well, I have to remember my way back!
Suddenly Mara heard a loud scream. She immediately turned round and saw a man striking a beautiful red cat. Oh.
'Stop it!- shouted she and hit the man's head.
'What?- the man was astonished. The cat mewed and run away.
'I said - stop it. And shut up,- Mara looked into his eyes but saw nothing but cruelty. They were brown and very little. The man was too stupefied to say a word. Mara smiled him and went further.
Not here, not now, not here, not now.

Diana took book after book from the shelfs. She reached the old legends of the worlds. There were many books about the wolrd wars, legends of vampire families, new era, new technology and so on. She wasn't interested in any of them. She already knew why the war started and it takes so long. She just passed the old books and looked at the new and modern ones. What she was looking for was the vampire hunters diary. It was writen 10 years ago. That man hided his diary in library. Nobody knew in which, but all leads eneded up in Fyuki. That man did a research of the vampire families. He never killed any of them, but because of his knowledge of the vampire families was greater than any hunter could know. What she needed was the new generations of vampires. The ones who died in past 10 years. She knew that this hunter wrote his last report around two months ago. He died in a car accident. But she was sure that his death was planned. But he made it to make last report and hid the book somewhere. She figured this should be a new book with hidden name, as vampires could easily find a diary if it was named like "D.K. diary". So she just passed shelf after shelf looking for a crazy named book. It is here. I can feel it. Suddenly she felt stabbing pain. It was her eyes. No. Not here. Not now. She stopped for a second and took few steps down the ladder. After a minute the pain was gone, she brushed her eyes with her hand and looked in front. What she saw was "K.D. Me and myself"

Tiba, at the side of the library just outside, she stayed in the shade. Her flaring red eyes staring at the beautiful girl in the library, seeing the girl looking for a book, her eyes narrowed, she stealthly backs against the wall, peering through a window. She could sense a curious presence within the girl. Tiba stayed low, she has had so much sleepless daylights, she continues to watch the girl browsing through the books, she turns to the other way, cautiously walking away from the library, she could feel something wrong with herself. The lust of killing....she wanders about, trying to control herself, she was crazy enough to stay out in broad daylight but she didn't care, she then stares at the silent city streets, clenching her sheath to the point where it could crack. "a life.....a life that must be extinguished..." Within her, a alterself kept her suppress. Hmhmhm...you're correct, a life that must be extinguished, but there are somethings that mustn't be destroyed...yet. And that life is one of them, I'll let you know when to demolish such a life, but for now...mhmhm. Tiba silently then sits there, awaiting for the sunlight to disappear. Her blade was getting dull, so to kill time, she begins to sharpen it against the ground.

Diana felt a gaze at her back. Someone is watching. I hate this feeling. She waited for few more minutes and she felt the gaze gone. But she was alert. The sun will set soon. It's a dangerous time after sun sets down. You don't know what you can encounter at that time of day. She took the book she found and went down the ladder. She sat down near the table and started reading. It seemed that the book was coded. After a minute she yelled out. "Everyone, please leave the room. I want to be alone. Please also ask the staff to not come in here till i come out."
Most of people started going out. Some finished putting the books back and left. She was all alone. She took out her sword and putted it by her hand. Just in case. She again started reading. It was hard to read the files. Every single page was coded diferently, and she needed new information. Tsk. This might take a while. Not good. I have to move fast. If i make it to festival opening at the evening i might be able to blend in with the crowd and lose the one who is tailing me.

MY POSTS....GONE (Guess I'll start over. lol)

Seung-Soo was on top of the Fuyuki Hyatt Hotel, staring down at the people below. The festival is here. I must make sure to protect the peace from unwanted visitors until it is over. The disturbance caused by the festival may bring out the worst in some. Seung-Soo continued his watch, trying to find any "strange" visitors to the city.

Festival event - at 9 p.m. in the centre of festival(opening ceremony) bio-humans placed a time bomb under one table. It exploded and there are 10 deaths, 35 are wounded and some gass is leaking. Chaos in centre.

Mara came down a long long street. Maybe the longest in the town. And too many people. Thought she while blinking. The sun was still in the air above her and this drove vampress mad. 'Oh well. I will survive,- muttered she, smiling. These were the words of one song her dad used to like... But he's dead now. Forget it...
Suddenly Mara exclaimed happily. Really, as happily as she could, for she had seen a building she'd been looking for ages. The central library.
Well, it is not as big as I've expected. Smaller than that in Tokyo, or in London... Oh, Mara, don't you waste your time thinking - just go!
And in she came. Through a long corridor to the main hall. There, by the door stood a young lady looking at vampress.
'What?- asked she, narrowing her eyes.
The librarian seemed confused.
'May I have your ID card?'
'Sorry, no,- Mara smiled and looked into her eyes. They were big and grey, grey as dust. 'Forget,- murmured she, and lady's eyes suddenly beclouded. 'Thanks,- Mara smiled again and went past her.
The main hall was huge. Well, it seemed even bigger than the building itself. Magic, I bet. And it was empty. No. Mara looked around and saw the girl she had seen before. She looked interesting only in books, so Mara passed and saw a little room. She checked it - it was not locked. Great. Vampress immediately came in and closed the door behind herself.
'Now,- whispered she. 'Oh, I have been soo clever having taken my damned flute..' She took it out of her bag and smiled looking at it. 'No, not damned. The very best flute in all over the world...'
Mara remembered the eyes of that man she'd seen striking the cat. They were small and brown, and stupid. 'Very well, mild melody.'
Vampress started playing. The music grew milder and milder, then ceased. Mara knew she and that man were the only ones who could hear it. It was magic too, a wonderful thing.
The door opened and disturbed her thoughts. In rushed the man, and stumbled he, looking at her face. Mara closed her eyes. It was so near... Blood. And she was thirsty.
Leaving the corpse of the cruel man behind herself, vampress came to the main hall again. Her head seemed heavy, but she felt she could fly right now, even without her cape. No, I must not. I haven't founded...
The world began swirling around her. A sharp pain born in a place where her heart should have been and went further.
'Oh,- muttered she. 'My head...'
Somehow Mara managed to reach a chair and stumbled on it.
