personally I prefer older men because they think differently compared to someone my age or younger. plus, they take responsibilities more seriously (well, most of them). so it's not always about the money.. but sadly, there are women who are aiming for the pot of gold..

I don't see any problem for people in society to fall in love but then again, i wouldn't like to see an elderly old person go out with a young teenager because that wouldn't be very normal.

I agree, that most older adult men are more responsible then young men in terms of maturity as well as how they interact in life. Same goes with women, The older you grow, the more mature you become which mostly applys to majority of people in society but certainly not all.

However, its not just the reason of maturity that people tend to fall in love with and thats true seeing as both male and female's could fall in love with other and marry for the money as well as in most cases, many people would fall in love simply because they can't get along with each other.

Therefore so its not always about money nor maturity, its about the way the male and female interact in a relationship and if things go well, it'd end up being classified as love.

Age is just a number. It really has more to do with maturity. As long as you're on the the same maturity level as your lover then there shouldn't be a problem. Besides the whole money issue that has been mentioned there is also is problem that the younger person may be using their partner just to feel older (or vice versa) in this case, it's really not love. Then there's also the fact that relationships with big age gaps are looked down upon in society and therefore some people may get into one just to rebel against society. Because of these issues it can sometimes be hard to find trust between two people who ages are so far apart but if they are in love and do trust each other then there's no problem.

age is allways a state of mind,you`re as old or as young as you feel. i have a freind whos parents have a 10 years difference,and my parents have a 2years difference,and i usually like my boyfreind to be older but now i have a boyfriend with only 7 months older.and over here if you don`t have sex it doesn`t really matter if one of you is a minor.when i was 13 some guy about 20 was always behind me [i can`t say anything excepting"he was an idiot"]
