Since it was getting late Akemi and Yuki went home. Aine stayed to help Koichi unpack. "You have a lot of things... Do you want help unpacking?" Aine said as she set the last box down. Koichi nodded silently then Aine turned to pick a box to unpack. "Watch out!!" Koichi shouted. Aine cried out in surprise as she tripped over a bag. When Aine opened her eyes she realized she was on top of Koichi. As Koichi groaned softly, Aine sat up quickly. " I am soo sorry! Are you okay?" Aine started to panic worrying that Koichi would hate her for this. "I-I-I-I-I... Do you want me to lea-" Aine was cut off by a chuckle. She looked down at Koichi still sitting on his lap. Koichi reached up to grab Aine's arms. KOICHI: "I'm fine. Really. You know you're kind of cute." Koichi smiled at Aine. And Aine felt her heart soar.
Aine couln't stop blushing "thanks " she looked down at KOICHI and their eyes locked and...............
Aine couldn't stop blushing. "Thanks." Aine looked down at Koichi, their eyes locked. Aine froze when Koichi started moving toward her. His eyes closed and lips puckered. "I can't believe it! Koichi is going to kiss me!!!" Aine thought as she squeezed her eyes closed. Finally after feeling like it had been forever eyes felt the soft brush of lips across her forehead. Aine opened her eyes as Koichi wrapped his arms around her. "I don't know why but...I feel like we're supposed to be together." Koichi looked at Aine. "Like we're meant for each other. And if this is true I don't want to rush anything. Do you want to go out with me this Sunday, Aine?" Koichi asked as he stared into Aine's eyes. Aine smiled as she wrapped her arms around Koichi's neck and said yes.
"You know.... I feel the same way.. I mean I feel like you're the one. And not rushing would be for the best. For now... Please just be kind to me." Aine said as she tilted her head to the side a little and smiled. Koichi looked away a slight blush on his face. "I would never hurt you Aine. And I will always be there to protect you. OH! And from now on I'm walking you to and from school." Koichi said smiling. Aine's eye widened in shock. "Ehhhh?! What do you mean you will walk me to and from school?" Aine blushed her mind imagining walking to school with Koichi hand in hand like boyfriends and girlfriends do. "It means exactly what it sounds like. I will walk you to and from school every day." Aine was way too tired from moving boxes to protest any more.
"Fine. But no one can know how close we are. I don't want to get bullied by jealous girls. So if anyone finds out and I'm hurt, you have to marry me okay?" Aine winked then giggled. "Just kidding." Aine was about to stand as Koichi grabbed her arm. "I won't let anyone hurt you. Ever." Aine kneeled speechless in front of Koichi. His intense eyes locked onto her. Aine nodded slightly then stood as Koichi let her go. "It's late.. You should go home. I'll pick you up tomorrow." Aine nodded then left. When she got home her face was completely flushed and her heart raced. "Aine is that you?" Ryuu said as he ran to greet her. "Are you ready to hel-" he stopped mid sentence when he saw Aine. "Are you all right?!" He grabbed Aine's hands in worry. "Are you sick?" Aine patted Ryuu's head. "I'm fine Ryuu. Ready for me to help you study?" Aine said as she smiled gently. "Yep! Let's go!" Ryuu pulled Aine along to help him study. After that Aine went to bed dreaming of Koichi.
Aine slowly opened her eyes assessing the situation. She was on her back and was very warm from the breast down. Aine looked down sleepily to find her younger brother Ryuu cuddled up to her. His head on her breast and his body half atop hers. Aine worked up her strength and pinched Ryuu's cheeks. "Owwwwww~! Aine! Why did you do that we were sleeping so peacefully!" Ryuu rubbed his cheeks. Aine looked at Ryuu and giggled. "You were suppose to wake me not get in bed with me." Aine sat up and stretched then stood getting ready for the school day ahead. Ryuu sat there watching his beloved sister go. "I will have Aine one day." Ryuu thought as he stood to leave, closing the door behind him.
Aine finished getting read for school , on her way outside she hear someone calling her name ..she turn around and saw ........
After Aine was done getting ready for school she made her way down to the breakfast table with plenty of time to spare. "Good morning Mom, Dad." Aine said as she sat down to eat a quick breakfast. "Good morning Aine, how does bacon, eggs and rice sound?" Aine's mother asked. "Sounds great." Aine's mom made her a plate. "Shigeru! Say something to your daughter!" Aine's mother pushed. Aine's father had his face hidden behind his usual morning paper. "Good morning... Aine" her father said through strained words. "Uh-oh.. He knows... I wonder how he'll take it when I say it out loud." Aine thought to herself.
"So Dad did you know we had new neighbors across the street?" Aine asked after she finished her food. Shigeru grunted a response. "Did you know they have a child in my grade?" Aine pressed on. Shigeru grunted again. "Did you know HE was in my class?" That was the last question Aine got to ask before the doorbell rang. "I'll get it." Shigeru said quickly before standing up and walking away. "Aine..." Aine looked to her mother. "Why do you push your father like that Aine? You know he has trouble accepting that you'll be dating soon." Aine sighed nodding her head in response. "Well I'm off to school Mom. Love you, bye." Aine stood grabbing her things to leave.
