“Asako, keep quiet, we’re not in the inn anymore...” I said sharply. “........The inn........” Asako looked around... “THE INN!!!!!!!!!!!!” Asako shouted. “Asako, calm down, okay??” I said almost whispering. “Calm down and get Shinku to wake up!!” Amamiya smiled at me “Heh, so you do have some scary times, eh?” I sighed, “Shut it.” and walked over to the only door that wasn’t chained up. “Say, doesn’t this place seem like a storage room???” “Not really, seems more like a battle field to me, more like a place where some sort of scary magician slays monsters....”
“You, believe in those things?” I asked looking at him weirdly, “Like, do you think magicians exist?” “Of course!! After all you are one~~” He smiled kindly, almost teasingly. “......Are you trying to make an idiot out of me? You think I will believe you?” “Yeah, course you will. You want me to prove it??” I smiled “Sure, go on. Prove it.” “Heh, very well.” Amamiya chuckled and turned away from me. “Wai...!?” I watched him in horror as his ears slowly turned sharp and fluffy. I couldn’t believe my eyes. “Shhh....” Amamiya turned around to face me and smiled like a tiger, waiting for its prey to run in fright. “Amamiya, you.....” I saw Asako and Shinku in the corner of my eye. Asako’s legs were shaking in fear. “Yeah, you guessed it.” He growled softly.
“Werewolf.....” I sighed, admiring the giant figure infront of me... “HAINE, GET AWAY!!!!” Asako screamed in horror. “It’s okay, she’s not scared.” Shinku said in a upfront manner. “What, do you mean she’s not scared?? What do you mean!?” Asako looked at Shinku with disgust. “She’s not scared because she isn’t human....unlike you.” Shinku said as she stepped forwards towards me. “Not human!? Are you crazy!? HE is not human, WE are human!!! At least me and Haine are!!” “ASAKO!!!” I shouted at her for the first time in years. “Be quiet and let her explain....” “......Thank you Haine.” Shinku smiled. “The truth is that me, Amamiya, and Haine aren’t humans at all...”
“Not humans??” Asako had quieted down and she sat down in fear. “Yes, We are not humans. I am a snow woman, while Amamiya is a werewolf.” Shinku stopped to look at me. “And you Haine, are the Moon Magician. The Moon Magician who controls all seven powers from the Moon Palace.” Shinku looked at me, surprised “Haine, are you okay!?” Moon Palace?? What’s that? And what’s is a Moon Magician? .....I don’t understand....I can’t understand anything.....I feel dizzy, my energy feels like it’s being sucked out of me.....I’m losing consciousness.....
Chapter V I had a dream. In it a woman and father were smiling happily, they were so happy that it made me feel lonely and sad.....Who was the woman??......Someone’s crying?? Who?? I can see a person, sitting on what seems like a wooden block, crying..... Someone, but who? It sounds familiar, the sobbing......of.....a girl....... Haine........Haine...........Haine??? ..........This, the same voice of the girl who was crying?? No....it’s blacking out.....the.....vision........
~12 years ago~ “Haine!! Hey, Haine. Where are you?!” “..........Papa??” A little girl walked out from behind a bush “Haine!! Goodness, Haine. Where have you been??” A man, dressed in a military uniform picked the little girl up...... “Papa!!! Daddy!!” The little girl hugged the man smiling happily...... “Haine, listen......” The man looked at the little girl sadly.... “Papa??” The little girl looked into the eyes of the man, understanding at once the sadness in his eyes. “Haine.....I will be leaving for Cross tomorrow......and I won’t be back for a few months or so....” The little girl lifted up her arms and patted the man’s cheek softly... “Papa!!” She smiled heart warmingly and kissed him on the cheek.
The man smiled “Haine dear, your Aunty will be staying with you. So don’t worry and wait for daddy to return okay??” “Yes Papa!!!” The girl smiled not understanding a word from him but reading the situation. A few months later on the newpaper the names of the soldiers who died fighting for their country was listed. Under the list of names......Haine’s father....was stated.....as a traitor...... “Touya Suzumaru, a traitor of our country ‘Nazca’ He was caught communicating with the other side’s leader ‘Harumi Cross’. He was most likely seduced into helping them since he has no wife but he has a five year old daughter.......” The headlines all across the country read “Touya Suzumaru, The Honour Soldier Is A Traitor!!!” and “Traitor of Nazca, Touya Suzumaru!!!” Even the posting on the internet revolved all around him...... On one of the Newpapers, people threated to kill his daughter.......
But that was not the only thing.....during the free time there was after the war had finally paused for some time.....Strangers were after Haine’s life.....saying things like “It was your father’s fault!! Now you must pay for it with your life!!” ....Near the end...when everyone thought the war was over already.....It begun again.....and this time.....Haine’s father was forgotten...... Not long after that, the land of Nazca became a property of the Cross.....The Cross came and overtook all the goods and took over the rights into controlling Nazca....Harumi Cross became the ruler over Nazca for more than seven years until she died of a sickness....and Haine’s father....he remained forgotten under the ashes of the burning war...... Father....why??? Even until this day people still hasn’t recognized your bravery out there.....Papa....I will make them recognize it!! I promise....watch over me and see me succeed!!! He laughed and smiled “I’ll tell you later, promise...” He looked away from me towards the door... “.....What’s wrong??” I looked at him and Shinku smiled at me. “Nothing...can you stand up??” Without looking back at me he walked towards the door... “Uhh..yeah, I guess so....” I slowly stood up, my head still heavy on me... “Alright, we must be ready.......” Amamiya coldly stared at the door.... “Amamiya??” I looked at the door as it slowly creaked open...... “Bonjour, Mesdames et Messieurs*” The door opens a little more...... *Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen
