too bad about your brother people always feel obligated to work in unsafe conditions when it is infact the oposite workers need to knopw their rights they are entitled to a safe working enviroment and they are entitled to refuse to work in dangerous conditions

I'm enjoying my course too, its something that is related to science and is applicable to all industries. I think that if I can get with a good company I can make a real difference to people. The ordinary "unskilled" workers have little to no say in their working conditions at least as a health and safety worker I can act as part of the companies conscience and make them stick to their moral obligation of protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of their employees

The south pascific might be a good place to look. Most of the Islands there have mixed populations of Muslims and Christians and in some places where the muslims hold the majority you can really see Christians having their rights impeded thrugh the enforcement of Shariah (did I spell that right) law.
