OMG! I made a FAIL! about "carefree", I made mistake,"carefree" is someone who is not careful about his/her things around him/her but I was talking about persons post gibberish and talks empty and giving un useful posts and mostly spent his/her time at chat box (well, some are not, like myo, she's good person and useful and she's active in CB too).
