Hhhhmmm, If I am not wrong, in some places they still do. That is more like an american idea I think...but you do have groups(saying in a nicer way) that when they find a dog/lost pet they catch it. But not All are evil x3

Yes yes! D: Quite depressing if you ask me. But also good because then the exams are over faster :3 lol I doubt though that the teachers would invade the dorms at midnight for some exams XD Teachers can be as lazy as students xP (if any teacher read this I am dead meat xD)
