I just said I hoped you did it by the rules because around 60-70% of people ignores the rules, or just don't know about them, I never threatened you by any punishment etc
I just said it so you could avoid mod/supermod/admin from reacting (if there where some porn content) and banning you (or otherwise punish you) for that
