look where it say image and it say resize/skew and there you choose
if not try to get 30 to 100 post here
and make a request

but you can talk with one of the people in the gfx section maybe they can help you more about sig and AV ^_^

just use the search bar or make a request if you dont find the anime or manga (you need at least 25 post for ask any anime or manga)
and about the sig
just go to edit sig and drag the image that you want and throw it inside the box
