Hmmm i would say twice a week is good i used to apply it 3 times but now i think twice is good, but there is no limit how many days but dont over do it, twice is good for 30 mins then rinse off ;)

The paper went pretty well, finished it fast and now I don't have to worry about it!^^
My week is pretty good, as long as I stick to my schedule for homework and studying... lol 50/50 on whether or not that'll happen -_-

i gotta strat preparing ofr an exam,,,that only god knows when we have to pass it,,once i pass that exam ill get the job im aiming for,,,so untill they fix a date for it,i gotta be well prepared for it,,which i actually stared a week ago -.-

its amazing! Im using " extraderm plus exfoliant " it is love!!!! I swear i had a painful pimple ony foreheard when i used it once it shrinked, twice its gone!i dont feel like i had pimple on my forehead and my cheekes also is getting good even my friends notice that, and guess wat i didnt use it for long time just less than a week and it got tons of time better!
ohhh u have to stay away from heat! Try 2 tps of yougrt and 1 tsp of olive oil leave it 30 mins and shower ur hair is gonna be alive again! Also there are some ways u can stright without heat.

Its okay, i have a holiday for a week *hooraaay* but :( once my holiday finishs we start midterm so i have to study little in the holiday
