If i had to suffer the consequence i wouldn't use it. However my greed does overpower my morals and i probably would otherwise use it to help myself succeed in life. But i wouldn't want to be lord ruler of earth or anything because then i would become paranoid that people were plotting against me etc

I don't know, the punishment for using the notebook doesn't seem too bad. Considering that you know you won't end up in hell you would be able to do whatever you want. An eternity of nothing is better than an eternity of suffering.
